A rare South American treat. The  Peru Bar  uses 100% Criollo beans, the highest quality cacao bean varietal. Naturally sweet hints of apricot and honey. 75-80 grams.  

ORIGINS:  Peru Co-operative Norandino Piura Blanco.  Pale white Peruvian criollo beans.  Paraguay Manduvira Co-operative turbinated cane sugar.
